Stobreč Beaches – Sand, Stone and Hidden Peace

The beaches in Stobreč are one of the main reasons people keep coming back. Not because they are the “most famous,” but because everyone can find their own corner.

In the very center, there is a sandy beach—shallow and warm, ideal for families with children. In summer it becomes lively, full of laughter, beach bars, and sun loungers, yet it still keeps that relaxed atmosphere.

If you move slightly west, the scenery changes. Rocky and pebble coves offer more peace, more privacy, and plenty of space for swimming. The sea here is clearer, and the pine trees provide natural shade.

A special spot is the area around the mouth of the Žrnovnica River, where fresh and salt water mix, creating a slightly different landscape than in typical Dalmatian towns.
